Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and The Savvy Social Studio (“Studio,” “I,” or “me”) regarding the services I provide. By working together, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
I offer personalized marketing, branding, content creation, digital strategy, workshops, and website services designed to help your business shine. All project details, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to starting work.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your project date or session. Final payment is due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via [insert payment methods]. All payments are non-refundable, except where stated in the Refund Policy.
3. Revisions

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Workshops and sessions require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiture of fees. Project cancellations after work has begun do not entitle you to refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
While I strive to deliver outstanding work, I cannot guarantee specific results such as sales or leads. My liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services. I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
